T's&C's
The work is limited to 50 square meters. it can be existing structures not on plan or something you want to add new. It can not be refunded for cash. The prize will include building plans, runner fee and Engineer sign off fee to the value of R 12 000.00 Council fees still need to be paid by you. You have to live in the Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
